Multidwell construction time lapse Sutherland NSW

Multidwell Constructions commissioned our time lapse services to document the construction of their cutting edge granny flat design. The time lapse system was approved by the local council to be mounted on the trunk of a very large tree next to the foot path. A custom made mount developed with straps and not bolts made a tree friendly mount with zero harm caused to the 40 year old tree.

These beautifully designed granny flats are extremely thermally-efficient and deliver a highly Eco-friendly dwelling capable of achieving a National Home Energy Rating of 7 Stars.
